Food Not Borders: A Food Not Bombs Picnic to End Child Detention!
Join your fellow Rogers Park neighbors concerned with Heartland Alliance’s government contracts to imprison children immigrating to the US. We will be passing out flyers with Frequently Asked Questions about the detention centers located in Rogers Park. While we inform people we will break bread together at our Food Not Borders picnic! Come eat, get informed, help spread the word: Prisons are prisons no matter what you call them! Rogers Park will not tolerate the detention of children in our neighborhood!
