Climate change continues to have ripple effects, from Hurricanes in the Caribbean, to fires in California and even here in our own Rogers Park community. It is more important than ever for us as neighbors to know each other and rely on each other. Therefore, we invite you to join us November 16th from 11:00-2:00). We will be gathering for a short canning demonstration followed by lunch and a deeper conversation about what it looks like to rely on our neighbors during times of uncertainty. We will discuss future projects & meetings, and invite you to have similar conversations with your neighbors during fall and winter season, Also, a handy guide book for how to have these conversations will be provided.
