RPSN is organizing to end immigrant child detention at the Rogers Park facilities at 1620 W. Morse and 1628 W. Chase operated by Heartland Alliance -- the 2nd largest immigrant child detention contractor in the country. Enforced family separation, abuse and neglect have been widely reported in ProPublica and elsewhere.
